Offline POS System
1. Generate Receipts: Use the POS system to create receipts as you normally would. At the end of the month, the system can generate a single report that combines all the receipts into one consolidated invoice.
2. Submit to LHDN: Use this consolidated invoice to submit your sales data to LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) through the MyTax portal.
3. Exclude Specific Receipts: If a customer requests an official invoice for a specific receipt, you can mark that receipt to be excluded from the consolidated invoice report.

Demand e-Invoice
1. Customer Requests e-Invoice: When a customer makes a purchase and gets a receipt from the POS system, they can later request an e-invoice through a website.
2. BMO Accounting URL: BMO Accounting provides a web link where customers can enter their details and request an e-invoice.
3. Exclude from Consolidated Invoice: The receipt for which an e-invoice is requested will not be included in the consolidated invoice report.
4. Create and Send e-Invoice: You can use BMO Accounting or any other accounting system to create the e-invoice and submit it to the e-invoice portal. Once done, the e-invoice is sent to the customer.
